2026 Registration Form
To complete the form you need the following documentation:
a. Learner’s ID/Birth Certificate
b. Learner’s previous academic report
c. Accountholder’s ID

You must have a valid email address and mobile phone number.
All communication will be via emails, phone calls and/or WhatsApp.
If you don’t have an email address, you can sign up for one using Google Gmail or Microsoft Outlook.
